Shipping Policy

General Shipping

All parcels are fully insured via Secursus (a third-party insurer) and require a signature upon delivery.  Secursus will send you an email informing you of how to report damage or loss.

If an item arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please write “damaged” when signing for the parcel. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.  As each item is handmade, if a replacement is requested, I will do my best to approximate the original.

Domestic Shipping for Ready-Made Items 

Ready-made items from the Caron Art Glass Shop ship FREE within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.  

Expedited Shipping within the United States is available for an additional cost.

Orders from the Caron Art Glass Shop may be cancelled up until the item is shipped (usually 1-3 days). Once an item has shipped, please see the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Domestic Shipping for Commissioned Artwork

Shipping costs and estimated shipping times for commissioned artwork within the United States are provided as part of the final bid.  Smaller items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  Larger items are crated and shipped via FedEX Home Delivery.  Items must be signed for and are fully insured via Secursus.  

Expedited Shipping within the United States is available for an additional cost.

International Shipping for Ready-Made Items

International shipping for ready-made items from the Caron Art Glass Shop is via USPS Priority Mail International.  Items must  be signed for and are insured for the full value via Secursus.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Caron Art Glass is not responsible for delays due to customs.
