Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping for Ready-Made Items 

Shipping for ready-made items from the Caron Art Glass Shop within the United States is via USPS Priority Mail and is insured for the full value.

For Shop orders that total over $150.00, USPS Priority shipping is free within the United States.

Expedited Shipping within the United States is available for an additional cost.

Orders from the Caron Art Glass Shop may be cancelled up until the item is shipped (usually 2-5 days). Once an item has shipped, please see the Returns and Refunds Policy.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item and notify me within 14 days to arrange for a replacement or refund.  As each item is handmade, if a replacement is requested, I will do my best to approximate the original.

Domestic Shipping for Commissioned Artwork

Shipping costs and estimated shipping times for commissioned artwork within the United States are provided as part of the final bid.  Smaller items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  Larger items are crated and shipped via FedEX Home Delivery.  

Expedited Shipping within the United States is available for an additional cost.

International Shipping for Ready-Made Items

International shipping for ready-made items from the Caron Art Glass Shop is via USPS Priority Mail International and is insured for the full value.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Caron Art Glass is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Orders from the Caron Art Glass Shop may be cancelled up until the item is shipped (usually 2-5 days).  Once an item has shipped, please see the Returns and Refunds Policy.
