The fused glass sculpture Inner Piece gets its name from being created from elements of a different piece. By shifting my perspective on one piece of work, others emerged through this transformation. I combined the energy of my handmade glass with bands of rich turquoise, steel blue and carnelian. The pop of warm coral is cupped in a crescent of opalescent steel blue glass. As a stand-alone sculpture, it can be placed in any location where it can take advantage of the natural light in the room. The 3/8” thick glass is seated in a tiger wood base. This piece ships for free within the United States.
