The fused glass sculpture Inner Piece sculpture gets its name from being created from elements of a different piece. By shifting my perspective on one piece of work, others emerged through this transformation. I combined the energy of my handmade glass with bands of rich turquoise, steel blue and carnelian. The pop of warm coral is cupped in an crescent of opalescent steel blue. As a stand-alone sculpture, it can be placed in any location where it can take advantage of the natural light in the room. The 3/8” thick glass is seated in a tiger wood base. This piece ships for free within the United States.
