The Ebb and Flow sculpture is composed of three distinct waves of fused glass that are anchored in black granite. The colors range from fiery reds to rich violets and soothing blues. I carved various patterns into the back of each piece of glass for an added textural element. As a stand-alone sculpture, it can be placed in any location where it can take advantage of the natural light in the room. As you move around the piece, each vantage point offers a new take on the shapes and colors.
