The fused glass blessing bowl Cranberry Confetti is composed of two layers of fused glass. A layer of cranberry is atop a layer of clear with lavender and white confetti and stringers to create a festive look. Inside the bowl, I’ve written a quote from the French author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: « Ce qui embellit le désert, c’est qu’il cache un puits quelque part. » (“What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.”) It speaks to the hope and beauty that can lay hidden in the most unexpected places. I wrote the quote in liquid gold and fired it at a high temperature for permanence, and I include a translation of the quote with the bowl. This petit bowl is perfect for holding rings and other small treasures. It is food safe and should be hand washed. Not for use in the microwave. This item ships for free within the United States.
