The design for the stained glass window Fleur de Lys celebrates the family history of the client. The French design motif fleur de lys pays homage to the matriarch of the family who purchased the home after she arrived in America as a war bride from France. The Victorian style of the design and the color palette harken back to when the house was built in 1880. The original gothic style window now frames a lovely stained glass celebration of a rich family history. Its colorful light greets the client each morning.
