The Aimable Bleu stained glass window is a unique custom addition to this home in Montgomery, Texas.  As part of a home remodel, the homeowner, who is an amazing cabinetry maker, built the front door and wanted a stained glass window to complete the Craftsman style.  I was inspired by the tulip pulls used in the house for the design of the window.  I assembled the stained glass window using lead came for an historic feel.  I used both transparent and opalescent glass to create a rich color palette.  The vibrant colors paired with a neutral bronze create a modern, earthy look.  The clear textured glass allows light into the space while providing privacy.   The handcrafted front door with the stained glass window is a welcoming feature for the homeowner and guests alike.
